The Cove Church Return Policy

Bookstore Return Policy:

Defective products may be returned for an exchange within 15 days. Please bring
your receipt and defective merchandise to The Cove Church at 197 Langtree
Road, Mooresville, NC 28117 for an exchange or full refund. Due to the nature
of our products, only defective materials may be returned. Opened or nondefective
resources are not refundable.

Online Giving Return Policy:

No refunds are allowed when a contribution is made through the online giving
process.

Tickets for Events Return Policy:

Refunds or changes must be made in advance of 48 hours of the scheduled event
time unless otherwise specified on the event registration ticket. Call The Cove
Office at 704-655-3000 or send an email to info@covechurch.org to request a
refund or change. Please include the event name, number of tickets, form of
payment (cash, check, credit card, etc.) and the name of the person registered for
the event in the request.
